Why is Uber pickup unavailable?
If you’re having issues scheduling a ride, the reason could be that scheduled rides aren’t available in the pickup area. If this is the case, you’ll see an information icon appear next to Today now beneath Choose when they’ll ride.
How long does it take Uber to update?
This normally takes between 2 and 3 weeks. If you aren’t ready to change cities yet, just let us know when you are. We aren’t able to support temporary changes at this time.
Can you tell Uber what time to pick you up?
All you need to do is enter the time, date and address before clicking Confirm. Then you’re all set! Uber will even send you reminders on the day of your trip and let you know when your driver arrives to pick you up. You’ll know the price, pick-up time and estimated arrival time before you even get into the car.
